Returns can be made within 30 days of purchase date on new items that have all of the manufacturer packaging, accessories and manuals. 20% restocking fees apply and shipping is non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. No returns on used items. 

 Customers must contact us within 14 days of shipment date for any shipping issues/problems.

 A 20% restocking fee along with shipping costs and return shipping costs will be charged to the customer on any items that are refused or arrangements are not made with carrier for delivery and order is returned to us.

You should expect to receive your refund within one-two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Limited Product Warranty: Our products are made to ensure satisfaction and service during the natural life of the product. X Global Supply warrants to the original purchaser that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 30 days (unless stated otherwise under product's description) from the original date of purchase. 

 This limited warranty does not cover defects from product misuse, product neglect, product abuse, product tampering, product alterations and unauthorized product repairs. The limited warranty also does not cover improper care of your product. For proper care, please refer to the manufacturer's website, or contact manufacturer directly. Furthermore, this warranty does not cover any consequential damage to a person or property other than the product purchased.
