Due to the COVID 19 virus, supply chains are experiencing severe disruptions. We apologize in advance and ask for your patience and understanding, orders may be cancelled or delayed due to the frequent policy changes of our suppliers. The shipping carriers are also experiencing a high rate of delayed and lost packages. We are working to satisfy orders to the best of our ability while also ensuring the safety of our staff. Typically orders will process and ship within 2-3 business days. 

We are doing everything we can to remain operational during these uncertain times. It is taking a significant amount of extra effort on our part to verify our distributors are maintaining the safest processes to get our products to us. We are ensuring that we are practicing the most rigid of infection control procedures for each package that leaves our warehouse including sanitizing surfaces regularly throughout the day, sanitizing products as we receive them, and sanitizing packages as they go out for delivery.

Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Requesting to cancel does not guarantee the order can be cancelled. Due to COVID-19 restrictions once an order is in process to ship it cannot always be reversed. We will do our best to accommodate your request. 



Returns can be made within 30 days of purchase date on new items that have all of the manufacturer packaging, accessories and manuals. 20% restocking fees apply and shipping is non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. No returns on used items. 

Customers must contact us within 14 days of shipment date for any shipping issues/problems.

 A 20% restocking fee along with shipping costs and return shipping costs will be charged to the customer on any items that are refused or arrangements are not made with carrier for delivery and order is returned to us.

You should expect to receive your refund within one-two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Limited Product Warranty: Our products are made to ensure satisfaction and service during the natural life of the product. X Hydro Supply warrants to the original purchaser that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 30 days (unless stated otherwise under product's description) from the original date of purchase. 

 This limited warranty does not cover defects from product misuse, product neglect, product abuse, product tampering, product alterations and unauthorized product repairs. The limited warranty also does not cover improper care of your product. For proper care, please refer to the manufacturer's website, or contact manufacturer directly. Furthermore, this warranty does not cover any consequential damage to a person or property other than the product purchased. X Hydro Supply reserves the right to repair or replace the product if limited warranty applies.

 After 30 days of ship date, customer may contact the manufacturer directly for warranty claims. 



We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Orders typically ship within 48-72 business hours of the order being placed. Over sized items may require an additional 1-2 business days for processing for freight pickup scheduling.
